Blended Learning Classes ONLY
- For Blended Learning Classes: The hands-on training must be completed within 90 days of the required online training.
- REQUIREMENTS: the online training is to be COMPLETE BEFORE the in-person class start time. Students must complete the online coursework prior to attending the class. Access to the online coursework will be provided via email upon completion of registration. If you are unable to access the online coursework on the provider website, contact us immediately for further instructions.
ALL IN-PERSON CLASSES
- CANCELLATIONS DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT: The course may be cancelled due to low enrollment; students will be provided with no less than 2 days' notice and will be offered additional class options. This policy DOES NOT apply to online courses!
- Skills Performed on the Floor – Please dress comfortably as skills are performed on the floor. If you are registering for yourself or someone else, please be aware that students are required by the American Red Cross to perform one full round of CPR on the floor. Should you/they have medical restrictions, please call our office before registering to inquire about possible accommodation.
- Registration may NOT be accepted in person, unless prior consent was provided.
- All classes require payment in full to reserve your spot. Class sizes are limited to ensure student/teacher ratio, please reserve your spot as early as possible. Refunds will be granted to those who cancel 30 days prior to the class start date. If notice is given 4 days or more prior to class, you may transfer to another class. A $30 fee will be incurred with a class transfer request submitted 3 days prior to class. No transfers granted within 2 days prior to class. Only 1 transfer per student and once a transfer has been completed, no refunds will be granted. Once a class begins, there will be no transfers or refunds.
- Private Group Training: All terms and conditions apply to the group package. A final Training Agreement will be provided once the time and date have been confirmed. If for any reason CertNow Training & CPR cannot comply with your request, an immediate refund will be processed.
- LATE POLICY: 5 minutes for blended classes; 15 minutes for full-day classes. You will not be allowed to attend if you are late and will be required to register with full payment for another class.
- Refund & Transfer Policy: Refunds are available upon request 7 or more days prior to the course. A $30 dollar transfer fee will be incurred 3 OR MORE days prior to the course date. Refunds and Transfers cannot be obtained within 7 days of the start of the course.
- ONLINE ONLY courses are non-refundable.
- **WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY** Please be advised that CertNow Training & CPR follows local school closings and county government offices/libraries as a guideline for cancellations. The school district/county in which the class locations falls will be the standard. If a class is held and students do not attend registration is lost and a new class registration will be required. All cancellation/transfer fees remain in effect.
